Mr. Nathe has been a family friend for years, and I've known him going all the way back to my childhood. I've retained him on 3 separate cases and he's always been instrumental in bringing about a much better outcome than I would have had with a PD and a much better outcome than I could reasonably expect.I have a fairly thick criminal record, all felonies. I'm technically eligible for extended term sentencing (doubling the 1 to 3 years that a class 4 carries leaving me facing 2 to 6 years). Everytime he has gotten me probation, even when I wasn't really eligible. Also in these instances he has taken probation violations and turned them into early termination of said probation. So I went from facing years in prison to complete and total freedom.Mr. Nathe is a very good attorney, a very nice and personable gentlemen, and very discreet. When it comes to dupage courts I wouldn't consider anyone else. He doesn't limit himself to just dupage though; he's also represented me in cook county courts as well.Honestly, you won't find a better attorney with such reasonable fees.
